There are several times in scripture that authors take time to make special mention of the fact that a centurion was involved in an incident or situation. These men drew special attention by New Testament authors. Who were these Centurions?... Why were they so specifically mentioned?... What set them apart from the crowd?... What set them apart from other Roman Soldiers? In this series we will examine the principles that are attached to the noted appearances of these Roman Centurions in the Gospel accounts. |
