Bethel School is a ministry of Bethel Church and therefore we work as a team to accomplish the goals that we believe God has set before us.
We are especially proud of the highly-skilled and qualified staff we retain. Our primary objective is to extend the love of Christ to children, as well as their families, as we endeavor to meet the individual and specific developmental requirements of young children. Our program is structured to meet the cognitive, perceptual, creative, social, and spiritual needs of the child, and will achieve a balance in skill and task development that is appropriate for each child's individual growth and potential.
Our teachers introduce the children to a number of interactive learning materials organized to sequentially build upon individual readiness and development. We recognize the valuable social, language, and critical thinking skills children acquire through play and have placed serious interest in selecting equipment and materials for our school that will motivate and encourage imagination and verbal interaction. Most of all, our school is committed to making each child feel loved, safe, and happy.
Program Philosophy
It is our philosophy that children are a gift from God and are to be treasured and nurtured according to the principles set forth in God's Word. We believe that children learn through experience and exploration. Our goal is to instill in each child a knowledge that they are created in the image of God and therefore worthy of highest esteem.
Providing practice in the areas of cognitive, perceptual, social, emotional, physical, creative and spiritual development are key to the curriculum we have established at Bethel. Our staff is committed to offering the highest standard in meeting these critical developmental needs. |
