1. Why did you decide to go on this mission trip?
One of Jesus' last commands, to His disciples, was to "go ye therefore" - this weighs on me - especially when our lives are pressed on many sides by worldly issues. We don't need to go to seminary to "go ye therefore" - we merely need to be obedient and depend on Him for His power and strength to confess Him before the world. I pray I will be more obedient in following His command "Go ye therefore".

2. What do you personally expect to get out of this trip?
I expect to see His Word made alive. I expect to see the Holy Spirit move in ways we can't even imagine. I pray for His teaching me to surrender, more and more of me - to Him.

3. What is your prayer for God to do for each team member on this trip?
I pray that He will teach us to listen for His still small voice, in how we act, in how we speak, in how we do. I pray His angels will keep our steps safe. I pray that the seeds of the Word left by our giving Books of Hope will grow and be powerful in helping Iquitos to be place of revival and renewal and resurrection for our Lord Jesus.
