Long, great day today. Extremely hot and humid.
The government declared a teachers holiday yesterday (Sunday) for today so many of the planned schools were closed today. We filled the day with minstry on the river and in the various plazas around town. Thousands of books distributed and many known salvations.
With the schools open again on Tuesday we will pick up all the schools missed today tomorrow so all teams will have a very long hard day, likely about a dozen schools a piece. We are leaving the hotel before six in the morning in order to make the schedule work. The good news is that the schools are anxious to receive us and about 75 local churches have been diligently preparing for our visit.
Some students have the normal ailments that overly long days generate so please continue to pray they have wisdom in managing their personal time in order to get as much rest as possible.
Internet connections are really tough to come by so I am unsure about how successful we will be in sending photographs.
Team is doing really well. You would be proud of all the students. More tomorrow night.
