After twelve hour wait in lima airport we fly 1.5 hrs out to Iquitos. Many of our friends from Peru national office of Book of Hope have been working for months to prepare the local pastors and their volunteers. Jose Navarro and many folks we've worked with for years are all here this week and we are looking for great results for the kingdom.

The plan is to be in front of more than 60,000 students in five days as well as do a Pastors conference and business leaders conference with a crusade venue of more than 20,000 next weekend.

Labor unrest in this country is the norm and there are threatened strikes that could disrupt carefully laid plans. Pray for civil calm so the work can go forward.

We send off the extreme team on to the Amazon at 4:00am. They will have some amazing stories when they return to us on Friday.

Weather is stifling and drains every bit of energy but the spirit of the team is great and no one can wait for tomorrow to come.

Goodnight from your team in Iquitos.
