1. Why did you decide to go on this mission trip?
I decided to go on the mission trip b/c I know God wants me to go. Even though it is a sacrifice to my family and my job, let alone the cost of the trip and all that goes into that i.e. fundraising. I know that we can make a difference in the lives of others that are thousands of miles away. And that's pretty neat. Plus we get to go into the jungle. That's cool.

2. What do you personally expect to get out of this trip?
I personally am expecting the best and preparing for the worst. I guess my only expectations are from what I saw and experienced last year in Peru . I don't have many expectations other than I am just prepared to be used by God in whatever way he wants me to work.

3. What is your prayer for God to do for each team member on this trip?
My prayer is that we would all see the eternal importance of affecting the lives of human beings with the Word of God. And to really take that home with us to be ministers at home and in the work place and with our friends and family. For most, it is easy to be a missionary when you're thousands of miles away and in a different area with people who "need God." The hard part is having that same attitude in our everyday lives. I pray that everyone would learn and continue to learn this and apply it to their lives in the U.S.
