Pastor Bret Allen is an ordained Assemblies of God minister who grew up in a Christian home and felt a sense of God's calling on his life at an early age. He has been married to Valerie for 25 years. They have two sons, Ryan and Andrew.

Pastor Allen has a bachelor's degree in Communications from Eastern Washington University and a ministerial degree from Berean University. He previously served as the District Youth Director for the Northern California/Nevada District of the Assemblies of God and prior to that he was the Student Ministries Pastor at Calvary Temple Church in Concord, California, where he grew the youth program to as many as 1,500 teens attending Friday night events.

Pastor Allen is an effective communicator of the gospel. He is a published author who has written widely on the subject of leadership development and has demonstrated his capabilities in managing organizations, budgets and staff. We had the opportunity to sit down with Pastor Bret Allen and get his answers to some poignant questions:

What is America's biggest need?

What is the Church's role in America?

What is Bethel's role in the Silicon Valley?
How can I be effective for Christ?
