Robert has been serving at Bethel since 1998 as the Student Ministries Pastor, and as the Sports Ministry Pastor since 2003. Robert travels and speaks to various ministries such as college campuses, businesses and to government and city officials throughout the world as well as leading missions teams to other countries - communicating leadership, team building, and pursuing God's will for life.

Before coming on staff he served as a volunteer in the Student Ministries Department for 16 years; while he was a partner in a local insurance and financial services practice.
