Challenge given to the Outpost 100 Gold Medal of Achievement Recipients on September 11, 2005

The foremost responsibility for a Royal Ranger is to live with HONOR. A Ranger lives honorably simply because he has personal integrity. When a Ranger lives honorably he brings great favor upon his home, his church, his outpost and his community. May the white color of the Gold Medal of Achievement badge remind you always to live with honor, and purity before Jesus Christ as a Christian witness. Commander Jim Clansky

Secondly, a Royal Ranger is LOYAL. He is faithful to his church, family, outpost, and friends. He puts others first before he considers himself and he is always "Ready" to serve others. May the blue of the Gold Medal of Achievement always inspire your Loyalty. Commander Joseph Ferreira

Finally, a Royal Ranger is SPIRITUAL. Life's problems are not always easily solved. Trust God always and let your Christian testimony challenge and encourage others to be strong in Christ. May the red of the Gold Medal of Achievement always remind you of the sacrifice Jesus made. This ribbon and medal are attached to the Ranger Motto "READY'. May you always be ready for what God sets before you. Pastor Matthew Miller

You deserve credit for having achieved Royal Ranger's highest award. Wear your award with humility and be ever mindful that the Gold Medal of Achievement is looked upon as an example. May the Ranger Motto, Code, and Bible be your guide every moment of your life. Commander Mark Tracy
